4. MOFA Taiwan Scholarship (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

The package: Round-trip airfare and a high monthly stipend of approximately NTD 30,000 to 33,000.

• Diplomatic focus: This scholarship is largely restricted to students from countries with official diplomatic ties to Taiwan. Availability and quotas vary by country.
